Residents from Hastings-on-Hudson to Sleepy Hollow are invited to join a fun, family-friendly Earth Month game all through April. Explore scenic open spaces, discover community events, take on missions tied to local stewardship and sustainable living, and earn points along the way. A friendly competition among Rivertown villages adds extra excitement while celebrating the places, people, and everyday actions that make our communities thrive. Registration is now open.

Register

1- Register once per team using our Google Form. You will be asked to create a team name and choose which village you are playing for.

2- Teams may include up to five players on the Goosechase app, in keeping with platform rules. This helps ensure the competition is fair. While others are welcome to join along informally for fun, only five may record missions for the team. Each mission may only be completed once per team.

3- After you complete the Google Form, you will receive a Goosechase join code. The code and additional instructions will also be emailed to you from ivillagenet@gmail.com within 24 hours. For our records, it is important that registration happen in this order.

4- Use the Goosechase join code to set up your team and invite additional players with a distinct team passcode.

5- Start climbing the leaderboard!

The more involved the mission, the more points it earns. The most points wins. Extra points for completing missions in costume!

Created through a collaboration between environmental volunteers in Hastings-on-Hudson, Dobbs Ferry, Ardsley, Irvington, Tarrytown, and Sleepy Hollow, this game will inspire you to explore the Rivertowns and transforms Earth Month into a regional community adventure.
